This course is the final of four milestones in the Implementation Learning Path, designed as the onboarding journey for employers implementing Handshake Enterprise who are new to the platform. You’ll learn how to find the core analytics tools in your employer account, interpret key metrics, and translate insights into simple, repeatable actions that improve your results over time.

 

The course covers:

  • Identifying the core Handshake analytics tools available in your employer account and where to find them
  • Interpreting key analytics and making basic strategy adjustments (for example, shifting focus across schools, events, or messaging based on results)
  • Incorporating Handshake into your weekly workflows with simple, repeatable check-ins on performance
  • Locating and using ongoing learning resources (Employer Academy, help center, webinars, and support) to deepen your skills over time

 


 

Who should take this course? Implementation leads, admin-level users, and new employer users at organizations going through implementation for Handshake Enterprise.

 

Note: This course is specifically for employers that are leveraging Handshake Enterprise (paid). Basic (free) Handshake users are encouraged to New to Handshake: Basic instead.
