This course is the second of four milestones in the Implementation Learning Path, designed as the onboarding journey for employers implementing Handshake Enterprise who are new to the platform. You’ll learn how to structure job postings, choose schools, and configure preferences so your opportunities resonate with early talent and align with your hiring goals.

 

The course covers:

  • How to post jobs on Handshake, including key fields and approval considerations
  • Best practices for writing clear, compelling job descriptions for early talent
  • Strategies for selecting schools and audiences to improve applicant quality
  • Using job templates and preferences to save time and ensure consistency

 


 

Who should take this course? Implementation leads, admin-level users, and new employer users at organizations going through implementation for Handshake Enterprise.
